One board, members in more than 60 countries, no separate sites.
Regional support now covers more than 60 countries. That means one branded job board can carry roles and members across most of the places a community actually ends up, rather than forcing you to run separate sites or quietly ignore everyone abroad. Associations and alumni networks benefit most.
What coverage across 60 countries gives you
Coverage is not a headline number, it is whether a given member opens the board and finds anything. Support expanded steadily through 2025 and now spans more than 60 countries.
- Roles and members are supported across more than 60 countries on a single board.
- Location fields show localised examples for the country in question, so forms make sense wherever someone is.
- Members filter by region within their own country rather than wading through a global list.
- Pay and budgets carry explicit currencies, with budget fit compared using exchange rates.
- One account can still run several boards where you genuinely want them separate, each with its own brand and membership.
What it means for your community
Nobody gets told the platform does not really cover them. That sounds minor and it is the whole thing, because a member who opens a careers hub twice and finds nothing local does not open it a third time.
A professional association with international members has usually solved this badly, either by running a jobs page that is honestly only useful in one country or by maintaining separate sites nobody has time to keep fresh. One board that supports members wherever they are, with region filtering inside each country, means the membership benefit is the same benefit regardless of where someone took a job.
An alumni network has the same shape with more drift. Graduates scatter internationally over a decade, and the institution's relationship with them thins out exactly as they become the most useful alumni to stay connected to. A hub that works for the graduate who moved to Singapore is a hub they keep a reason to visit.
Talent pools and niche communities get a version of this that is less about sentiment and more about supply. A pool of specialists, whether tutors, consultants or virtual assistants, is rarely confined to one country, and neither are the briefs. Being able to post a brief and match it against the whole pool, with budgets compared across currencies rather than assumed in one, is what makes an international pool usable rather than decorative.
What it means for your team
One board to run rather than several. Admin seats are unlimited and free on every plan, so it is not the seat count that decides this, it is whether you want distinct brands and memberships. Where you do, additional boards are priced at 50% of the plan subtotal each, listed on the pricing page and correct as at July 2026.
The practical decision is usually about audience rather than geography. If your members think of themselves as one community that happens to be spread out, keep one board and lean on region filtering. If they think of themselves as separate cohorts or programmes, separate boards make more sense. Either way an automated job stream is scoped per category, so supply follows the way you split things.
What happens if a member is somewhere not supported?
They can still be a member, hold a profile and apply to roles that are open to them. What varies is how much local supply the job stream can bring in for their location. Coverage is a statement about where roles can be sourced and located, not a wall around who can join, so it is worth checking your main member countries rather than assuming either way.
Getting started
There is nothing to enable. Coverage applies to boards already running, and location handling adjusts to the country in question. The marketplace admin guide covers board setup and the knowledge base answers questions about running more than one board. The expansion is recorded in the regional support changelog entry.
If your membership is international, the job board for associations and job board for membership organisations pages cover the model in more depth. Spacewalk runs a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and a board goes live in about an hour.
